Work independently to service Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry products involving: Installation, Maintenance, Training, On-line Support, On-site #Diagnostics and Repair Services. __ Provide #technical assistance, consultation and problem solving to customers as necessary. __ Accurately document On-line Support/ On-site Activities and timely submit through the required system. __ Ensuring customer satisfaction in all aspects of services provided. __ Implement key #account strategies for high profile customers and maintain good relationship with industry opinion leaders. __ Share experience and best practice of #product services and applications with colleagues.
