Merchant/Agent #Onboarding – Develop and implement strategies to acquire and onboard Active merchants/Agents while adhering to regulatory and AML standards. Terminal #Deployment and Support – Coordinate the deployment, maintenance and support of networks of all POS terminals for Merchants/Agents. Facilitation of training of merchants/Agents. Sales and Business Development – Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities to enhance value propositions for Agents/Merchants. Develop and implement robust sales & distribution strategy for immediate terminal deployment and support. Team Leadership and Strategic Partnerships – Collaborate with cross functional teams and key external partners to deliver a seamless operation for Agents/merchants. Lead/mentor the team of sales and distribution officers to achieve business objectives. Compliance and Risk management – Stay abreast of regulatory trend and analyzing impacts for immediate strategic shifts. Conduct regular audits and review of the business/structure to maintain high quality standards of service.
