Job Description Articulate and design the framework and #operational plan to communicate and implement the Private Banking #Strategy across the Groups, BDOs, Branches and Teams. Mine #sales performance data, conduct analysis and analyse and and generate Initiate, manage and select Strategic Projects and initiatives on behalf of the Group Executive Oversee sales and increased activities of the Premium Services Banking Unit within the Private Banking Division. Develop working partnership (internally & externally) across all SBUs and SRFs and other stakeholders to enhance the delivery of the strategic objectives of the Business unit Responsible for generation and monitoring of Private Banking Division Budget and Performance alike with strong relationship with Business Performance & Monitoring dept and other SRFs that drive performance and reporting. Responsible for setting up and coordinating all activities that has to do with the Business Planning in RBS Division.
