Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Complete and optimize DI2 dashboards for project tracking, deliverables, and OKR alignment. Develop, refine, and document project management processes and reusable templates for intake, lifecycle, reporting, and close-out. Manage a portfolio of DI2 projects, coordinating with technical leads, faculty, and student teams to ensure timely and successful delivery. Provide PMO oversight for all DI2 workstreams, monitoring project status, risks, and resource allocation, and reporting to DI2 leadership. #Facilitate team collaboration, lead meetings, and provide strategic guidance to enhance #efficiency and effectiveness. #Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training a full-time project manager, ensuring a seamless transition of knowledge and tools. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and resource utilization. Perform other duties as assigned
