To be able to identify, record, and continuously communicate hazards and incidents in their work environment, as well as understand the procedures established in the OHSAS 18001 system, for the strengthening of the system; through the observation of behaviors and conditions in their work area. Raising the level of awareness to promote a #safety culture in their daily lives. __ Comply with and enforce GMP standards. __ Comply with the requirements described for your position in the SGI, specifically in the quality #systems: ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and NQMS. Observing, measuring and controlling the CCPs of your area according to the QMS (Quality Monitoring Scheme) by performing instrument calibrations, which ensure quality in order to achieve complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers. __ Run the instrument calibration program, following work instructions, thus ensuring the correct functioning of the instruments. __ Updating of P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), single-line diagrams, instrument listings, instrument classification, additions, removals and replacements of instruments. __ Implement preventive actions, through planned preventive maintenance orders (SAP), to ensure the proper functioning of assets and equipment __ Execution of activities derived from preventive #maintenance programs
