Serve as the subject matter expert to provide guidance on export strategy, compliance, and activities related to US export controls including EAR and ITAR. Advise the #Trade Compliance global team, Operations, Business Units, Sales staff and site GMs on business-critical export compliance matters. Providing global export control oversight at all of Pall’s sites. __ Serve as a business partner to enable long-reaching strategic decisions (e.g., manufacturing and R&D footprint, OEM partnerships, #product #branding and launching, and mergers & acquisitions) __ Partner with other #trade compliance leads, Supply-Chain and Manufacturing team members to evaluate products and determine ECCNs and #licensing requirements __ Work collaboratively with site leaders to ensure robust internal controls (particularly concerning EAR and ITAR compliance) are integrated into operational processes and #procedures.
