Analyze information within the beverage solutions business #management systems (BMB-MS and SAP), updating and cleaning the data in the system to ensure the asset location is correct. __ In conjunction with the #commercial supervisor, manages the loan agreements and the client file through categorization and organization in the physical files of the sales office as dictated by business procedures, ensuring #legal support in the placement of the asset with the client. __ Send customer registrations through the web portal (NBS) and/or the ECS tool, ensuring that the information corresponds to the receipts provided by the prospector according to the customer registration guidelines, thus improving the response times of these requests. __ Create and update the POC (Point of Consumption) in the BMB-MS application, ensuring that it corresponds to the SAP customer information to maintain that the information in both systems is equivalent. __ Monitor and report the status of new installations daily to the regional manager, #supervisors, and beverage prospectors, ensuring it corresponds to the information found in the business systems (SAP/BMB).
