- Plan preventive #maintenance programs in the manufacturing and packaging areas of the southern region (mechanical, #electrical, building, and general services). Coordinate task execution and monitor completion. (SAP) __ - Identify design improvements and implement them in equipment. Participate in the assembly of new equipment and ensure its operation according to the manufacturer's specifications. (CAPEX) - Coordinate resources allocated to monitoring and addressing failures and breakdowns. Improve failure resolution times. (DMO-SAP) __ - Plan the supply of spare parts based on their frequency of use and criticality for the operational continuity of equipment and facilities. Ensure their proper storage. Evaluate spare parts turnover based on usage and replacement frequency. (SAP) __ - Manage the maintenance budget, monitoring expenses and their evolution. Evaluate investment plans (CAPEX) and present them for approval. - Lead Failure Analysis (FA) in cases of failures, breakdowns, and unplanned downtime. __ - Apply TPM methodology, leading the changeover process for each assigned resource. - Analyze and improve preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for the area. Ensure adherence to BPM (Good #Manufacturing Practices).
