Ensure solid and consistent #business planning processes with visibility on forecasts, gaps, #risks, and opportunities. Drive execution, consolidation, and reporting of all planning cycles (MBS, IOPL, Annual Resource Allocation, DF). Implement standardized financial planning tools/templates across the market. Ensure timely #management reporting (ML, DF comments, monthly telecon updates). Support local management presentations and international visitor requirements.
