Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Performs repairs and #maintains mechanical equipment in accordance with operating manuals and manufacturer's specifications. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on chillers including punching the chiller tubes and basic chiller repairs. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on cooling towers including cleaning of the cooling tower basins. Performs preventative #maintenance and repairs on generators including oil changes, refueling generators, battery changes, and monthly generator testing. Performs preventative maintenance on air compressors, lab air, and university vehicles. Documents the testing required by governmental agencies, preventive maintenance on equipment, and deficiencies. #Develops and maintains building information pertaining maintained equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.
