Responsibilities About the team The #Risk Governance Operations Team is responsible for perceiving and reducing the prevalence of #bad #Ads through content and actor risk #strategy management and risk platform enhancement. We aim to provide proactive and precise operations to preserve TikTok as a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for our users. About the role We are looking for a Risk Strategy & #Operations #Manager to design risk control strategies for TikTok Commercial Ads. This includes content security, behavioral risks, and other bottom-line user experience based on Ad content, historical data, expert insights, and public opinion or legal regulatory trends. Responsibilities: Interpret, analyze, and assess critical risks, emergency situations, and potential challenges. Develop and implement risk control operational plans and balance business revenue objectives with effective risk control Drive the integrity solution attribute the fluctuations of risk metrics, and quantify the differentiation power of risk features to provide a more accurate basis for governance actions Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, RD, and data science, accumulate and leverage risk mitigation and security capabilities to design and establish intelligent risk governance products, processes, and mechanisms
