#Nestlé Business Services is seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Lead to drive the development and implementation of PowerBI solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely delivery of data insights and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Develop and communicate value delivery plans for data visualization #projects. Ensure timely publishing and hypercare exit of PowerBI reports. Manage risks related to PowerBI development, ensuring compliance with Nestlé Security Standards. Collaborate with Analytics Partners and Business Intelligence teams to optimize process analytics. Lead the Dashboarding Factory team, setting goals and managing resources for project delivery. Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in consultation with Product Managers. Hire, train, and develop team members, ensuring adherence to development standards. Document project phases and ensure continuous capability building through collaboration with Learning and #Development teams.
