As a Trainer, your primary roles will be onboarding and training new hires through different modules of the program, which includes but not limited to domain training, charts immersion, and process training. You are also expected to provide support during ramp phase and do random internal quality reviews aimed at identifying improvement and education areas that would benefit the staff. Additional duties, such as responding to support questions and providing continuous training and /or upskilling and support to the team, are also included in this role.
