This program provides a structure that emphasizes deep engagement, collaboration, and project impact across key business categories. Participants will rotate through the following key categories, each representing a critical area of S&P DJI’s Commercial organization: Operations : Pricing Governance, Process Improvement, Salesforce, Client Experience Sales : Client Coverage, Inside Sales, Sales Strategy Post Sales : Digital Wealth, Client Solutions Group, Business Intelligence Thought Leadership : Marketing, Product, IIS At the end of the 24-month rotation, you will have a final placement amongst one of the participating teams. Responsibilities and Impact Contribute positively to each assigned team, leveraging your academic knowledge and enthusiasm to learn. Participate actively in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project tasks. Collaborate with various teams, learning to strategize, analyze, and solve complex business challenges. Network and build relationships with peers, senior leaders, and mentors throughout the program. What We’re Looking For Please note that only candidates who are US citizens or green card holders will be considered for this position. Bachelor’s degree completed no later than May 2026. Strong experience in Finance, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Sales. Demonstrated ability to engage with customers or clients in a professional setting Outstanding academic record, coupled with extracurricular leadership. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Self-driven, curious, and eager to learn. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different working styles. Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,0000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.
