Title: Spaceport Integration Senior Manager / Deputy PM Belong. Connect. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD Position Description: Ensures 24-hour/7 days a week KSC Spaceport integration activities are effectively executed. Communicates regularly with all Spaceport customers, associate contractors, and support agencies like Eastern Range Scheduling Office. Reconciles scheduled activities and perform deconflicting as needed. Optimizes Spaceport capacity and resource use. Provides quick responses and elevation as changing conditions require. Responsible for Outage Coordination, Prescribed Burn Coordination, Transport Coordination, and Launch Support. Acts as backup PM and is responsible for OCM and day-to-day activities delegated by the PM. LCAT compliance verification. Manages the day-to-day operation of a segment of the organization or functional area of the contract and may assist in program management responsibilities. Duties and responsibilities include formulating and enforcing work standards, managing daily operations, establishing polices and work rules, monitoring activities, and planning the use of materials and resources. Responsible for personnel productivity, performance, and safety. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in respective field, and 6 years in a lead or supervisor role. The degree may be substituted with the following: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years experience. Note: This is in addition to the minimum experience requirement. PMI PMP, CMRP, OCM Excellence, ICS certifications 15+ years of related experience in similar challenging & complex operational environments; 6 years in lead/supervisory role.
