Title: Procurement Lead KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Procurement Lead to support the Abadi LNG project, one of the largest projects in Asia.  This project will provide front-end design (FEED) for onshore liquefied natural gas facilities & will have a peak production capacity targets of 9.5 million tons per annum of LNG and 150 million standard cubic feet per day of pipeline gas.  The Abadi LNG project has been designated a project of national strategic importance by the Indonesian government. The Procurement Lead role will support and manage all procurement work for the project. ***Background Check required*** Responsibilities:  Interface with all engineering disciplines Use awareness of construction, safety practices, general operating procedures and philosophies in support of project procurement Review & follow procurement procedures Work closely with subcontractors & vendors Tender process and bud evaluation of the LNG facility Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering related field 9 + years of experience in procurement 5 + years of experience in Lead Procurement role Must have been in a Lead Procurement role that has supported FEED & EPCI projects for LNG Plants Proven ability working within a risk procurement framework Expertise in procurement procedures Demonstrated ability creating & maintaining relationships with subcontractors & vendors Knowledgeable in the tendering process and bid evaluation of LNG Facilities is required Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and superior planning and organizational skills Familiarity with gas industry codes and standards and industry is desirable Belong.
