Title: Senior Specialist Quality Assurance Role Overview Provides specialized technical expertise in support of the Quality program, including advanced inspection and testing techniques, quality training, statistical methods, audits, and the application of quality tools for problem-solving and assessment. Ensures that quality management activities and deliverables meet contractual, regulatory, and project-specific requirements across all project phases.   Key Responsibilities Apply in-depth knowledge of quality systems, standards, and tools to validate and verify compliance with contractual and client requirements during project execution. Provide specialized Quality Assurance support throughout FEED and Detail Design phases, ensuring integration of quality principles into engineering and procurement activities. Support Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM) in supplier evaluation, bid review, and vendor surveillance to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Implement and maintain effective quality assurance processes for design, procurement, and fabrication scopes. Conduct audits, performance evaluations, and assessments to ensure adherence to company and project quality management systems. Identify, investigate, and recommend corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities and process deviations. Apply principles of performance evaluation and prediction to enhance product and system safety, reliability, and maintainability. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization’s quality performance by developing and refining QA methodologies and tools. Ensure that quality standards of products, materials, and documentation meet applicable codes and specifications. Align the quality management function with the performance and delivery needs of the project and product lines. Under general supervision, solve complex quality-related issues requiring detailed technical knowledge and industry best practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, promoting a culture of quality awareness and accountability.   Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. Demonstrated experience in FEED and Detail Design project phases. Familiarity with relevant international standards and codes (ISO 9001, IEC, API, ASME, ASTM, etc.). Understanding of PSCM processes and QA involvement in vendor qualification, inspection, and documentation review. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and process optimization. Proficient in MS Office applications and quality management tools. Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
