KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a PMC role for Senior Document Controller (UAE National) for an Offshore project to be based in Abu Dhabi (contractor’s Office). Profile matching below criteria only will be contacted.   Requirements Candidate having at least 1-2 years’ experience in Document control within any industry Having experience within Oil & Gas or any Engineering industry would be an added advantage. Previous experience with ADNOC Company is preferrable. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Responsibilities Implement and maintain document control systems and procedures for all project documentation Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards Maintain up-to-date document registers and databases Coordinate document revisions and ensure proper version control Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports and presentations Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely document submissions and approvals Perform regular audits of document control processes to identify areas for improvement Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of project documents
