Title: Senior Principal Designer - Pipeline KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.   KBR is looking for Principal Pipeline Designer who possess experience in w orking within the pipeline design team on onshore/ offshore pipeline projects and ensuring pipeline design integrity is not compromised while managing the execution of the project. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Prepare FEED & detailed engineering drawings of onshore oil & gas flowlines, trunk lines, and pipelines, Able to read, review, and apply Site Topographical Survey drawings and data. Develop Overall Route Maps and Layouts, Plot Plans, Pipeline Alignment sheets, LUP (Land Used Permission), Plants Develop Scraper Stations approach drawings, Pipeline crossing drawings, and Pipeline HDD drawings. Develop Hot Tap layouts, Sectionalizing valve station Layouts, Tie-in sections, and details. Develop Typical Crossing drawings for Highways, Asphalt Roads, Railways, Water /Wadis, Third Party Pipelines, cables and Overhead Lines Develop detailed drawings for crossings with trenchless technologies. Preparation and checking of Pipeline Material take-off. Review Pipeline Drawings, Plot Plans, Alignment Sheets, Piping Layouts and Vendor Drawings Understand Pipeline detail engineering standards, including spacing requirements, accessibility, operation, maintenance, crossings, and right of way (ROW) and the relevant International Standards, and able to learn and understand client’s standards and specifications. Verify that all designs are to the required standards and that the objectives of the project are met. Specific knowledge of Pipeline Route selection studies and area classification Studies. Develop Isometrics, General Arrangement Drawings, Key plans, and Plot Plans.     Required Education, Experience, & Skills:   14-20 years of e xperience in feasibility, conceptual, basic engineering, FEED, detailed design, and EPC / EPCM projects. Must have the ability to prepare engineering deliverables as per company technical competency standards Software Knowledge (Discipline Specific): MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, QGIS, and Google Earth.
