Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and proactive problem-solving to deliver solutions for complex operational challenges and identify emerging technical tools and capabilities. Engage effectively and confidently with customer managers across all levels of responsibility. Apply advanced knowledge of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management. Oversee program management throughout the customer organization, ranging from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives. Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations to ensure mission success and operational quality. Work Environment: Location:  On-site Travel Requirements:  Occasional Working Hours:  Standard Required Qualifications: Security Clearance:  TS/SCI ++ Education:   Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience Writing Skills : Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision Soft Skills: Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills Additional soft skills : Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group Desired Qualifications : Experience in Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations Experience identifying leads through all-source databases Ready to Make a Difference?
