Responsibilities: Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and action-oriented initiative to deliver solutions to complex operational challenges while identifying new technical tools and capabilities. Engage confidently and effectively with customer managers across various levels of responsibility. Apply advanced knowledge of operations, and priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management. Manage programs throughout the customer organization, supporting both traditional operational activities and specialized initiatives. Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations.
