Title: Maintenance Coordinator Maintenance Coordinator EEPM30 - Project coordinator, Engineering KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. Responsibilities: Supports the Maintenance Advisor (MA) with all maintenance related aspects in their assigned station. Supports execution of work through identification, planning, scheduling & execution of planned and unplanned maintenance. Co-ordinate efficient execution of maintenance activities in assigned area. Coach and mentor local work force. Implement structured maintenance system assigned production facilities. Implement good Work Management processes and adherence. Promotes a culture of open safety reporting and continuous improvement. Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results. Supports MA to ensure the safe execution of maintenance activities in support of ROO’s standards, values, and behaviours is carried out inside assigned station Supports the MA to ensure effective and efficient asset maintenance, covering multi-discipline Preventative (PM) & Corrective (CM) maintenance activities completed in the assigned station Owns and maintains a zero tolerance for overdue maintenance (SCE and Anomaly management) to reduce risk to production /personnel / plant and environment. Deputises for the MA for daily Validation and Maintenance Planning meeting with station team, ensuring timely validation of new work, if MA is not available. Have close oversight of contractors for managed activities and review CTR’s for quality of scope of work (pre / during and post work) cost resources / equipment utilisation materials durations Drives compliance with the standardized Work Management process, including deferral and risk management. Helps the MA maintains the required daily updates / progress in the O&M tracker and department specific daily reports. Inputs into the ROO choke model for their assigned degassing station to ensure Vulnerabilities are understood and assessed to reduce risk and optimise production. Supports the MA for driving plant and equipment availability and supporting reliability improvement initiatives that are discovered as part of RCFA investigations, ensuring timely closure of any allocated station actions. Recommends execution optimization opportunities to the Maintenance Advisor Supports the MA maintain the 12wk Maint activity schedule. Seeks nesting opportunities for all activities and ensure no activities at risk (red flag) will be carried into the schedule without prior agreement with MA. Ensure change management (MOC) issues are identified and Engineering Queries (EQ’s) are raised in a timely manner to resolve and meet business objectives. Supports MA & Operations team on returning plant to safe operation post planned interventions. Timely GOC paperwork closeout (ITR’s) MC1 walkdowns PSSR sign off. Seek out Continuous improvements (CI) by standardizing best practice activities across site and maintenance teams, optimize Maintenance Strategy. improvements to maintenance build. optimize Materials Look-up and Staging. Input and manage Maint BB for site TAR and Train outages. Experience & Qualifications: 10 + years of relevant field experience with an average of 13 years with a minimum of 3 Years experience in O&G industry (Preferable with IOC’s direct or contract) Technical HNC certificate in Maintenance discipline role. Good English language proficiency spoken and written. Practical exposure to production facilities Good IT skills and proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams Etc) Ability to identify and assess safety hazards. Leadership Skills – managing multi-discipline and multi-cultural workforce. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to to identify priorities of maintenance activities in a high activity environment. Driven to deliver continuous improvement. Strong bias for being proactive and getting results Good understanding of Computerised maintenance management systems (CMSS – Maximo) Good understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling Preferred Qualifications: Certified Professional Engineer Belong.
