This position is contingent upon contract award Key Responsibilities: Perform all functions of personnel (government, civilian, military, and contractor) travel for official government business Notify in-country representatives of expected travel, attain country clearances and assist travelers with fulfilling screening requirements and attaining travel advisories Ensure compliance with all regulations and obtain the necessary approvals Coordinate travel reservations for staff/contractors for airline, car rentals, and hotel accommodations Data entry of travel information into designated repository to maintain program level deployment records Assist in identifying known and unknown risks and dependencies related to travel and current events in international locations Coordinate with external travel office entities to ensure itineraries, in-country transportation, and lodging align with scheduled deployment dates Validate incoming and outgoing personnel information to satisfy daily personnel reporting requirements Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s Degree with a thorough understanding of logistics associated with personnel deployments overseas preferred Minimum of 5+ years experience required TS/SCI with Polygraph Some travel required Ready to Make a Difference?
