This position is contingent upon contract award Requirements Must have a sound knowledge base of IC Overhead Systems multi-INT capabilities, the ability to integrate other source content, and ability to coordinate and reach back to obtain multi-INT support. Responsible for understanding stakeholders enduring intelligence and operational needs while developing and delivering integrated IC solutions that empower stakeholders with timely, actionable intelligence. Solve stakeholder problems, keep security in tradecraft, deliver tailored access and content, confirm that stakeholders understand and utilize the full potential of IC capabilities, and deploy innovative quick reaction solutions. Works across the enterprise to keep IC leadership informed of all significant issues affecting stakeholder needs and to help enable end-to-end technical and programmatic closure. Proactively identify enterprise-wide technical and functional problems, process challenges, and opportunities and propose solutions to guide the Government to a more efficient delivery of products and services. Education Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math Desired Education: Graduate degree in a technical, computer science, engineering or math field Certified Program Manager (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Management Certification, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Certification) Years of Experience 10 years experience facilitating Government customer relationships across multiple agencies (e.g., collecting and satisfying mission requirements, organizing user forums, negotiating agreements) Cross Domain IC Mission Experience . 8 years recent (within the last 15 years) IC and/or COCOM experience ( relevant experience is defined as time spent managing cost, schedule and performance of a contract delivering Engineering or Analysis Services to users ) Desired Experience: 10 years of relevant experience (see previous definition of relevant) 8 years of recent (within last 15 years) experience with IC SIGINT systems Clearance : TS/SCI with poly required Ready to Make a Difference?
