The Opportunity: We are seeking a Risk Management Specialist to join our team supporting major infrastructure projects. This role is critical in embedding best-practice risk management across all project phases, ensuring alignment with ISO 31000 and KBR’s governance standards. You will facilitate risk workshops, maintain risk and opportunity registers, and lead quantitative risk assessments (QRA) for cost and schedule. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and help shape a strong risk-aware culture across the delivery ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain project risk and opportunity registers aligned with ISO 31000 and internal frameworks. Facilitate structured risk workshops at key project stages. Partner with project managers and controls teams to integrate risk processes with cost and schedule reporting. Lead and coordinate QRAs and embed outputs into project forecasts. Provide assurance on risk documentation quality and compliance. Support continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives. Skills & Experience Required: Tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, risk management, or related field. Minimum 8 years’ experience in risk and/or opportunity management within large-scale infrastructure programs. Strong analytical skills, including risk quantification and use of risk modelling tools. Excellent communication and facilitation skills for executive audiences. Experience in water or wastewater infrastructure programs (desirable).
