Title: Administrative Specialist KBR is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support an Intelligence Community customer.  The successful candidate will possess an understanding of government space and security. Requirements: Coordinates visit requests to the facility and manages the personnel roster of cleared resources on contract. Manages site procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Administers badging and access requirements for the facility. Develops and manages site-specific security procedures in accordance with DoD standards. Processes and accurately tracks the movement of classified documents and hardware at the contractor location. Interfaces with government personnel on security-related issues as they apply to the program. Administers closed/restricted areas at the contractor facility, including all monitoring systems. Manages secure containers at the contractor facility. Oversees and conducts site security training and security audits.
