Key Responsibilities: Supports an organization or department by performing administrative services. May support a team of professionals or an office. Assists management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information of interest. Prepares various reports detailing/summarizing the information handled by the position/department/program. Frequently has the responsibility of making travel arrangements and maintaining calendars upon request. Reads and answers correspondence. Ensures office equipment and supplies are maintained. Ensure invoices are coded and routed for approval/payment. May track expenses associated with the department or office. May handle confidential information. Works with close supervision or under clearly defined procedures. Understands how the assigned duties integrate with others in the team.   Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Work Environment: Location: On-site Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20% Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (M-F) Required Qualifications: Security clearance requirement: Clearance eligibility. Able to obtain Top Secret clearance. High School Diploma or equivalent is a minimum.   0 to 2 years minimum of related experience. Desired Qualifications: Active Top Secret security clearance.
