Title: Site Engineering Team Lead The role comprises of the following: - Technical support to 3rd PARTY FABRICATOR and the CLIENT Construction / Commissioning teams and resolve issues / queries at site whilst at the same time maintaining the design integrity of the facility. - Provide screening on any queries raised by 3rd PARTY FABRICATOR to determine if it is a Site Technical Query (STQ). - Assess if the STQ can be responded onsite or if they need to be responded via CONTRACTOR HOME OFFICE as applicable. - Respond to any STQ that are to be responded to from site. - Provide additional explanation / background on any response provided from CONTRACTOR HOME OFFICE if required. - Provide day to day technical clarification to 3rd PARTY FABRICATOR for field queries, such that they don't compromise the overall layout design in areas such as ergonomics and access. This includes support to field run items and general clash resolution. - Provide technical assistance in the E3D data interface between CONTRACTOR and 3rd PARTY FABRICATOR. - Management of the SKLLC site team - Interface with CLIENT Site Management team - Site team mobilisations - Coordination of visits by specialist engineers / Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) etc from SKLLC Engineering to site for specific activities - General support to  CLIENT construction / commissioning team - Initial assessment of Site Technical Queries (STQ) - Coordinate respond to STQ - Coordinate identification of changes and support to the MOC process - Coordinate review of 3rd PARTY FABRICATOR issued construction / commissioning deliverables - Coordinate Material top-ups and ordering with Engineering and Procurement - Coordinate clarification with equipment suppliers - Coordinate As Built mark-ups
