Objetivo del puesto Participar en la formación y desarrollo de promotores y agentes, brindando acompañamiento, asesoría y coaching en procesos de venta en campo y reclutamiento, aplicando la metodología comercial de Prudential para mejorar el desempeño en colocación de productos y calidad de perfiles. Funciones principales Desarrollar hábitos de trabajo en agentes nuevos Acompañar en procesos iniciales y cierres durante los primeros 3 meses, aplicando la técnica PESOS para garantizar la metodología comercial. Brindar capacitaciones individuales y grupales Instruir sobre construcción de soluciones para clientes con base en análisis de necesidades, reforzando conocimientos de productos. Retroalimentar y asesorar en colocación de productos Proporcionar instrucciones posteriores a acompañamientos para asegurar cumplimiento del modelo comercial. Garantizar implementación de modelos comerciales Prudential Acompañar a funcionarios, promotores y agentes en acciones derivadas del modelo para estandarización. Requisitos técnicos / escolares Escolaridad: Licenciatura en áreas Económico-Administrativas. Inglés: Nivel intermedio (comunicación con prospectos foráneos y funcionarios internacionales). Conocimientos técnicos: Sector seguros vida o financiero. Modelos de gestión comercial. Experiencia laboral: Agente de seguros: 2 años. Ejecutivo comercial vida: 2 años.
