PURPOSE OF THE JOB 负责签约艺人的艺人及作品定位，展开音乐制作及企划包装工作，制定规划并具体执行。 JOB FUNCTIONS:  1.    根据艺人特质完成艺人及唱片企划策略的制定及企划案撰写； 2.    艺人音乐制作、视觉包装、文字及平面设计等工作的统筹与执行； 3.    与词曲作者、词曲版权代理公司等渠道资源沟通，完成邀约创作相关收集以及制作人沟通协调等制作工作； 4.    合理控制产品企划制作方案的预算及执行周期； EXPERIENCE  1.    1-5年音乐行业相关工作经验 2.    熟悉音乐行业，对音乐、文字、视觉等各内容领域有深厚的理解 3.    具备对唱片市场敏锐的敏感度和判断力，精准把握艺人特质，给出准确方向定位 4.    具有较高的音乐素养和视觉审美，有丰富的制作及企划包装相关资源 5.    优秀的沟通协调能力、学习能力、创新能力和执行力 LANGUAGE:  中文/英文 Job Category:
