PURPOSE OF THE JOB 带领团队专业且精准的服务和推广艺人及音乐作品，有效推进音乐作品的企划制作并且全面提升艺人及音乐作品的声量。  JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. 为中国区国语艺人和音乐作品制定发行计划和预算规划； 2. 为中国区国语艺人提供企划创意发想、执行，包括艺人妆发、造型、平面拍摄、MV拍摄、产品设计、衍生品等企划内容； 3. 负责中国区国语艺人及产品在中国大陆及海外的媒体传播，包括电视、电台、报纸、杂志、互联网、移动互联网等媒体渠道的宣传策略及执行、落地城市的媒体活动执行、媒体专案的洽谈和执行。 4. 对接上下游A&R及数位部门，推进产品进展；协助经纪及品牌、GC等跨部门协作，服务艺人及创收。 EXPERIENCE 1. 10年以上音乐娱乐行业企宣经验 2. 20组以上国语艺人及产品服务全案经验 3. 有领导力、团队协作能力及执行力，基本的英语运用能力 LANGUAGE: 中文/英文 Job Category:
