These values are the essence of our people which makes UMG the most renowned company in the music industry.  Role Summary The Assistant Manager, FA is responsible for supporting company’s functions in royalty copyright, financial, accounting and tax-related operations including Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) Indonesia. About the role: UMG: Assuring royalty report & payment accordingly to corporate standards on time. Revenue management reporting (Flash Report, Digital Report to Baarn, Management Report). Liaising with Bank Indonesia to submit monthly report of LLD. UMPG: Providing details of forecast and yearly plan in HFM through coordination with company’s internal departments. Preparing all reports (Monthly, Quarterly) and analysis for Regional/Global - ensuring completion and filing of all financial documents. Reviewing record journal vouchers covering sales, depreciations, prepayments, insurance, claims and other provisions. Conducting reconciliations and audit trails of general ledger accounts and other accounts required by company policy. Liaising with WNS and FSC to review financial reports and ensure proper conduct for monthly closing. Liaising with external / internal auditor for all audit matters. Desirable Traits: Bachelor’s degree from a well-know university, major in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage. Minimum 3 years of relevant financial accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting. Solid skill and knowledge of SAP & HFM. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
