Artist and Repertoire, Artist Management, Finance and sales, developed marketing strategies and plans and observe or research the trend of the music industry to apply on the marketing strategy to make the promotion strategy success, executed well and analyse / evaluate it About the role Develop and manage campaign assets, presentation decks, timelines, deliverables Assist Marketing Manager in creating marketing plans for Domestic Artists releases/campaigns Manage and communicate campaign status to cross functional teams Manage P&L per artist/ project and make sure execute the budget effectiveness Manage promotions for the artists in digital and non-digital media, both online and on the ground activities Deal with media / agency for marketing strategic Make sure all the marketing plans executed and documented Analyse market trends to provide insights for better marketing decisions Evaluation the project / campaign Desirable Traits: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Music Business, or equivalent Preferably Marketing experience up to 3 years Possess good analytical skills, problem solving, team player, entrepreneurship Strong verbal and written English communications skills.  Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software Have a strong drive to learn new thing Good attitude and integrity are a must Innovative and creative Passionate in Music!
