Mission and Goals: We are looking for a  QA Automation Engineer  to help drive automation excellence across our web platforms, particularly within  Adobe AEM . You will be a key player in enhancing our automated testing frameworks, ensuring broad test coverage, and upholding QA best practices that improve efficiency and product reliability. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and fellow QA engineers to ensure our digital products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Objectives: Automate testing for  Adobe AEM  websites across multiple devices. Design, execute, and document automated tests using various scripting languages. Conduct  manual and exploratory testing  when needed. Identify and automate relevant test cases using modern QA tools and frameworks. Collaborate with teams to gather testing requirements and review progress. Investigate bugs using logs, developer tools, and databases. Support deployments, maintenance activities, and mentor junior QA team members. Competencies: Strong expertise in  programming, automation testing , and  CMS systems  (AEM preferred). Proficiency in  Java, Python, JavaScript , or similar languages. Hands-on experience with  Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, Robot Framework, and JMeter . Familiarity with  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs , and  SEO principles . Skilled in  test planning, defect analysis , and  automation strategy . Understanding of  SDLC ,  cross-browser , and  mobile testing . Proficient in  Jira, Jenkins, Git, Confluence , and  CI/CD environments . Nice to Have: Experience with  AEM automation, SQL, Appium, performance testing, or Sauce Labs .
