Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-wide identity and access management (IAM) solutions Develop and enforce identity governance policies, standards, and procedures Oversee lifecycle management of user identities, roles, entitlements, and access certifications Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, HR, and business units to align IAM strategies with organisational goals Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging IAM technologies Drive automation and integration of IAM processes across cloud and on-prem environments Lead and mentor a global team of IAM professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field 10+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focused on identity management Proven expertise in IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock) Strong understanding of identity governance, access certification, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM) Experience with cloud identity models and hybrid environments Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CIAM) are a plus Gen is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusivity.
