Job Description: We are seeking an innovative Product Manager to drive the evolution of NextGen Mobile, our provider-facing app that extends the power of our EHR to clinicians on the go. This role will drive AI integration to enhance provider efficiency, clinical decision-making. Combining clinical insight with product innovation, you will shape mobile-first, intelligent experiences that advance NextGen’s mission to improve care delivery through technology. Help define the product strategy and roadmap for assigned healthcare ambulatory software products. Define and prioritize product features based on user needs, market trends, client value, anticipated outcomes, and business. Coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Analyze market data and user feedback to drive product improvements and innovations. Play a significant role in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to product sunset, including requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and phase outs. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product adoption. Prepare and present product performance reports and metrics. Write business cases and refine product roadmaps and strategies in alignment with company goals and customer needs. Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development and best practices. Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position. Education Required: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, software engineering discipline, or a related field. Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position. Experience Required: 7+ years of experience in healthcare setting, preferably in practice management and in product management or businessanalysis. Proven track record of successful product launches and management. Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools. Experience with ambulatory care software or EHR systems preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of: Strong understanding of both healthcare and technology. Strong understanding of product management principles and software development life cycle. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Skill in: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
