Start your Voyage – Apply Now Profile Summary: The basic function of this job is to prep returned mail and back-end mail, looking up items as needed in the administration systems.  In addition, the position involves scanning documents, logging for overnight processing, and assisting with sorting mail and filing case mail as time permits.    Please Note:   This position has been designated as an essential worker and requires work to be performed full-time in your assigned office. 22 Cortlandt Street, New York, NY 10007 Profile Description: Preps returned Mail and back-end documents using barcode coversheet appropriate for the task.  This includes look-up of information in the administration system as needed.   Setup & manage the appointment schedule via Zoom. Meeting & greating customer for their appointment. Logs contents of overnight packages in the overnight tracking database Counts and batches documents for scanning, making sure tasks are appropriately separated Assist Mail Services by sorting multiple daily mail drops and filing Case Mail as time permits and volumes dictate.   Other duties and projects as assigned Knowledge & Experience: Experience in office or Imaging/mailroom environment Ability to routinely life/move 20-50 pounds Proficient with Excel Excellent verbal & written communication Knowledge of Imaging and Mail Room equipment Proven customer service experience Good organizational and prioritization skills Dependable and good team player  Preferred Knowledge & Experience: College degree or equivalent experience #LI-TB1 Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
