Department Overview Motorola Solutions Finance Operations Center (FOC) provides world-class finance & accounting services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa, US and Latin America region. Reporting team is in charge of delivering comprehensive data automation projects within various areas using Tableau and Alteryx tools. Job Description Contributing in reporting transformation in Finance organization Cooperating with business partners to understand reporting needs and gather requirements Building complex reports and dashboards using Tableau Providing data extracts from various databases using SQL Automating processes using Alteryx   Delivering best in class solutions in alignment with development and security principles Maintaining existing reports and workflows Driving finance reporting prioritization (ADI Jira projects)  Collaborating with IT to increase reporting capabilities    Increasing reporting / automation awareness within company Basic Requirements Degree in Maths/Computer Science/Finance/Accounting or others 3+ years of relevant experience Experience in reporting processes within a complex, large scale environment. Proficiency in developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards Practical experience in Alteryx Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases Ability to select technology out of available stack to meet requirements in the most efficient way Understanding key functions and responsibilities of various finance tracks Knowledge of other programming language is a distinct advantage (Python preferable) Knowledge of Pl/SQL is a plus                     Strong analytical and problem solving skills Attention to details Willingness to learn, understand, and apply new technologies In return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
