Job Description The Video Delivery Manager will drive operations to achieve revenue, cost, cash and customer delivery targets Act as a point of contact to sales, finance, product, and engineering teams for order shipping details and priorities Improve KPI’s including order cycle time, on time delivery, and delinquent backlog Collaborate with planning, order management, purchasing, manufacturing and quality teams to reduce customer order lead times Support work order planning and partner with distribution center teams to ensure smooth operations Manage third party distribution priorities in partnership with procurement and logistics Identify and manage continuous improvement projects to reduce cost and lead times Actively support sales and operations planning Anticipate evolving business conditions and ensure operational readiness Additional Qualified Skills: Highly motivated with positive attitude Lead as a trusted partner collaborating across organizations Outstanding communication with customers and business partners Achieve business targets, balancing competing goals Understand customers’ requirements, especially in mission critical operations Understand supply chain networks and operations Take initiative without prompting Solve problems with innovative thinking Seek information and listen from a wide variety of viewpoints, both internal and external Identify and lead business process improvements Derive insights and actions from analytics Ability to multi-task and work confidently under pressure Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
