Department Overview A software engineering team that specializes in the development of world-class digital two-way subscriber radios for the mission-critical market Job Description Analyzes requirements, design specifications, system topology and develop test procedures based on customer user cases and maintains/update test procedures, for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration test of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests ( functional & non-functional tests ) Analyze, submit and manage defects. Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems. Troubleshoot customer reported issues Maintain client/server product. Influence, participate actively and drive decision making quickly within and outside of organization. Upgrade, troubleshoot and maintain test tools & infrastructure Document the processes and system configurations for future reference. Basic Requirements • 2 - 4 years working experience. • Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or Communication Engineering. • Experience in script languages such as AutoIT, VB, Java. • Familiarity or experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and practices, Software Development Life Cycle is preferred. • Knowledge in Android, IoT, LTE are added advantage • Works under general supervision, self-motivated, able to work and integrate well into cross-functional team. • Good English communication, interpersonal skill • Customer focused and result oriented.
