Department Overview MVTrac/MVConnect, a Motorola Solutions Company is a full-service recovery operation, connecting lenders and repossession agents to facilitate quicker and more compliant recoveries. We are searching for an internal project manager responsible for making moderate to significant improvements to processes, systems, or products using conceptualizing, reasoning, and interpretation to enhance performance. Job Description Manages the development and/or implementation of Motorola Solutions products or services.   Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgraded existing products or services.   Manages projects from inception to completion (or transition), including tracking and evaluation of project performance.   Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within accepted quality metrics. Participates in project review and status meetings, and communicates project status. Utilizes six sigma and project management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.   Motivates project team to ensure optimal performance.   May assist in the development of business plans, strategies, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities. Microsoft Office & Google Suite experience preferred Typing 40 wpm or higher Preferred Qualification 8+ years of experience in related fields of recovery servicing, skiptracing, collections, auto finance. Target Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000  USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. #LI-NJ1 #LI-REMOTE Basic Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 5-7 Years of Industry experience in auto finance, skip tracing or collections. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
