Department Overview The International Command Centre Software presales team is responsible for defining, designing and demonstrating software solutions based upon our public safety portfolio in all territories excluding North America. The team also demonstrates Motorola Solutions’ wider portfolio, including body worn and in car video solutions, fixed video and land mobile radios. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on individual to manage and operate our state-of-the-art mobile demo vehicle . The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the vehicle, showcasing our products and services at various client sites and industry events across Europe, and delivering compelling, high-impact product demonstrations. This is a customer-facing position that relies on solid presentation skills, experience with a wide variety of audiences and a deep knowledge of various public safety agencies. Working with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams requires excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. Basic Requirements Valid EU driver’s license and clean driving record; experience driving large vehicles is a plus Technical aptitude and hands-on familiarity with product setup and maintenance Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe (up to 70% of the time) Fluent English Strong communication and presentation skills Self-starter with excellent time management and troubleshooting abilities Travel Requirements 50-75% Relocation Provided None Position Type Experienced Referral Payment Plan No Company Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
