Department Overview Finance Department Job Description This position will work from our office in Paralelo 108 ( Autopista #108-27) Monthly/quarterly BS review with region accounting manager Improve B/S health and improve the acc recon quality. Closing acc for Colombia, issue solving and late entry review/submission Annual Audit attendance / financial statements Preparation tax calculation and analysis Provide accounting guidance to business/finance for existing business Financial report fluctuation analysis for owned region Compliance reports (Supersociedades, Cámara de Comercio, Medios magnéticos, etc) Manage Compensation Accounts Knowledge of all balance accounts (Fixed assets, Account receivable, account payable, payroll) Attendant government requirement and statutory audit Continuous improvement initiatives Cash flow Project support on new business/process Candidate requirements: Strong proficiency in google tools International background preferred Strong technical ability in major ERP systems Oracle as preferred Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and reconciliation skills. Solid organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Self-starter; proactive in learning and finding solutions; find/suggest improvements to processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with coworkers, management and customers. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual ( English) #LI-DR2 Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in public accounting Between 3-5 years of experience in similar positions or multinational companies Strong knowledge of IFRS, COLGAAP and USGAAP.
