The Evidence Software department in Motorola Solutions is the leading provider of Digital Asset and Evidence Management Solution. The team is responsible for end-to-end software development including: design, implementation, testing, delivery and maintenance. We work in a well balanced scrum team with a full range of software development experience and local Product Owner. We embrace the DevOps culture and Continuous Delivery approach. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Engineering Manager to spearhead the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge Digital Asset and Evidence Management Solution. In this role, you will lead a high-performing Scrum team, driving innovation and excellence across the entire product lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, support, and seamless integration with other systems. As a proactive and independent leader, you will ensure the delivery of robust, high-quality solutions while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. Basic Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in building and managing engineering scrum/agile teams Practical experience in developing moderate size software systems Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle (cloud software) English language skills at level allowing efficient communication Problem solver - able to work under minimal supervision An experience in managing the end to end software lifecycle Would be a plus: Experience with developing applications using public cloud (Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure)  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields   In return for your commitment we will support you with development every step of the way.
