Department Overview El Centro de Operaciones se encarga de la investigación inicial y la evaluación de los incidentes generados por lo sistemas de monitoreo del estado del sistema de radiocomunicacion ( Astro 25 y DIMETRA). Operamos las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, los 365 días del año. Nuestros clientes principalmente son de sistemas de seguridad pública, por lo que la resolución prioritaria es una necesidad diaria. Job Description El agente del NOC debe evaluar posibles fallas y determinar los pasos necesarios para restablecer el servicio de radiocomunicacion a los clientes. Deberá diferenciar entre problemas transitorios menores y cortes más graves que afecten al cliente, y se encargará de contactar a los equipos necesarios para normalizar los servicios. Los agentes NOC  también son responsables de validar el restablecimiento de la operación normal una vez finalizada la restauración. El trabajo se desarrolla en turnos rotativos de día y noche y trabaja desde nuestras oficinas en las Condes y en Zenteno.
