Job Description We are seeking a smart, motivated and versatile Embedded Software Engineer Intern. We are seeking an Intern who is able to work with us full time starting at in May 2026 and ending in August 2026. This internship position is based in Fresno, CA and we are looking for this Intern to reside in the greater area as you will be required to go into the office on a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities: As an Embedded Software Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to: Analyze, develop, design, and implement embedded systems for the organization’s products and systems. Develop test strategies, devices, and systems for firmware. Integrate firmware to maintain functionality, throughput and consistency. Develop user documentation. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar field Experience programming in C++, Python, or a similar language Knowledge of Linux operating systems #LI-SC1 Basic Requirements Candidate must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical degree) with a graduation date of December 2026 or later Students requiring current or future visa sponsorship must be pursuing a minimum of a Master's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later Travel Requirements None Relocation Provided None Position Type Intern EEO Statement Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
