Avigilon Unity Video organization in Krakow R&D center has been growing dynamically since 2020. Currently, we have over 60 specialists on board working on video management systems. We bring advanced video and analytics capabilities to public safety and commercial customers including healthcare, airports, retail, critical infrastructure and public venues. Video is no longer reactive – looking back at what has taken place – but it also informs proactively, issuing alerts in real-time when a person, object or vehicle appears or a perimeter is crossed. You will join the team of architects, developers & testers, with shared responsibilities. By joining the team you will be responsible for an end to end implementation and maintenance of ACC Video Management System components. We are looking for an open-minded person willing to pursue their ideas, evaluate alternatives and cooperate. Basic Requirements Strong experience in modern C++ at  Mid or Senior level Practical knowledge of data structures, algorithms and software design Knowledge of software engineering best practices including testing and build environments Good interpersonal communication skills, team spirit and adaptability English language skills at level allowing efficient communication Optional Qualifications Knowledge of operating systems concepts including processes, threads, mutexes, and exception handling Network programming C#/ .NET programming skills In return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
