The Role 弊社メインフレームサービスでは、お客様の基幹システムを支えるためのメインフレームシステムの設計、構築、移行、運用サービスを中心とし、お客様の変革と成長を加速するために、日々進化している新技術を取り入れたサービスに注力をおいています。 今回はその重要なシステムをフルライフサイクルで支える 技術リーダーのポジションを募集しています。 ＜職務内容＞ ・メインフレームシステムの設計、構築、移行、運用に関する計画から実行のリード ・システム全体の横断的なデザインやレビュー ・チームリーダーとしてのチーム管理、メンバーやお客様とのコミュニケーション Who You Are 必要とされるスキルや経験： 【スキル・経験】 ・メインフレーム（ HW 製品、 z/OS 製品、 DBDC 製品）を中心とした製品知識と構築、移行、運用経験 ・業務をリード / 完遂するリーダーシップおよび１０～２０名程度のチーム管理能力 ・製品更改やバージョンアップのテクニカルリーダー / サブリーダーの経験 ・インシデント / 問題 / 変更管理を主とした IT サービス管理の知識と実践経験 以下のスキルを有しているとなお良い ・業務アプリケーションや開発経験があればなお良い ・コンサルティングアプローチの経験があればなお良い 望まれる職業上及び技術的な専門知識： ・複数年、複数回の単独でのリーダー経験があること ・お客様との交渉・提案を想定したコミュニケーション / ネゴシエーション能力があること ・社内外において技術的なサポートや育成などギブバックの活動経験があること Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
