The Role Wat ga je als Senior Consultant Mission Critical bij Defensie doen? Jij helpt het Ministerie van Defensie, bij het opleveren van grootschalige ICT-projecten en het introduceren van innovaties op het gebied van communicatietechnologie en security. Als Senior Consultant Mission Critical geef je inhoudelijk leiding aan diverse ontwikkelingen op gebied van netwerken en applicaties. Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit het: In samenwerking met Defensie Architecten en Beslissers het definiëren van huidige en nieuwe ICT operationele behoeften en deze om te zetten naar technische oplossingen. Ontwerpen en implementeren van Communicatie-oplossingen binnen een bredere complexe IT-omgeving. Vertalen van het Programma van Eisen naar een Technisch Ontwerp dat kan werken onder extreme omstandigheden. Communiceren van technische oplossingen aan niet-technische stakeholders. Aansturen en inhoudelijk begeleiden van Domein Architecten en het bewaken van de integrale architectuur over alle domeinen heen. We verwachten dat je strategisch en conceptueel niveau de juiste ontwerpen kunt maken en dat je ingewikkelde beslissingen kunt begeleiden op alle niveaus. Je brengt ook voldoende detail aan om deze ontwerpen om te zetten in realiteit. Daarnaast ben je in het bezit van een “Helikopterview” waarmee je het volledige ICT-landschap kan overzien, maar ben je ook in staat af te dalen tot detail niveau met name binnen de communicatie-oplossingen. Belangrijk om te weten: om voor Defensie te mogen werken moet je in het bezit zijn van een Nederlands paspoort en een VGB-B veiligheidsscreening doorlopen. Waar ga je werken? Je nieuwe thuisbasis wordt waarschijnlijk één van de Defensie locaties rond Utrecht. Deels thuiswerken behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Ook zal je af en toe op kantoor bij Kyndryl Nederland in Hoofddorp werken, waar onze Kyndryl Social Club regelmatig informele en inspirerende activiteiten organiseert. Wat bieden wij? Het salarisaanbod kan dit bereik eventueel overschrijden, afhankelijk van de vaardigheden en capaciteiten die je meebrengt naar het team. Who You Are Welke kennis en ervaring breng je mee? Jouw focus ligt op Mission Critical Networks, security vraagstukken, ICT oplossingen en proces- en organisatieveranderingen. Algemene eisen: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Consultant in grote organisaties; Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels; Bij voorkeur ervaring bij Network Operator, een veiligheidsorganisatie of vergelijkbaar Ervaring met architectuurmodellen en -methodieken; Technische leider en teamspeler, maar ook zelfvoorzienend; Leergierig en adaptief; Je hebt humor, relativeringsvermogen en blijft positief onder druk.
