Through captivating show-and-tell methods such as engaging demos and compelling presentations, you will showcase our credibility and eminence in the industry, leaving a lasting impression on potential customers. As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. With your extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain, you will bring together the breadth of Kyndryl's expertise to develop profitable deals that drive our success. Your exceptional customer facing skills, combined with your articulate communication style and interpersonal finesse, will enable you to effortlessly convey the technical benefits of Kyndryl's capabilities, perfectly matching the unique needs of each customer. In addition to your technical expertise, you will also take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices. Required Skills and Experience: Deep domain knowledge of Security and Resiliency solutions. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions. Expertise in the Austrian market and a proven track record of successful engagements with clients based in Austria. Commercial responsibility for identified opportunities and transforming them into client engagements. Proven experience in conducting client workshops and proof-of-concepts. Fluency in German and English is a must. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree. Experience and good understanding of: - SIEM solutions and Security operation center solutions - Cyber resiliency solutions  - Zero trust solutions (Identity & access management, endpoint security, network security, etc.) - Cyber regulatory requirements like DORA and/or NIS2. Security certificates like CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, CISM, CISA, CRISC and other similar certificates. The minimum yearly salary suitable for this full-time role as a Customer Technology Advisor Security is €86,100 . Your actual salary will be discussed in a personal interview, taking into account your professional experience as well as qualifications and educational background. As this role is dedicated to supporting our customers in Austria a valid work permission is a prerequisite for this opportunity.
